Jack Daniels is the next company to abandon DEI corporate policies for its employees, on the heels of Harley Davidson, Tractor Supply and John Deere.

This may be based on the crusade of X users Robby Starbuck whose mission it is to expose companies for neoracist behavior such as diversity hiring quotas and social justice training. Starbuck said that he’d been ready to expose Jack Daniels for these very practices and the company may have been tipped off by LinkedIn searches. They pre-emptively notified their employees that they would stop the “diversity ambitions,” base incentives and goals on “business performance,” end participation in the Human Right’s Campaign’s Equality Index and review all training manual for DEI-type language.

They say that they began diversity programs in 2019 but they will pivot from them because the “world has evolved.”

Starbuck says that he has over 15GB of data about Jack Daniels’ DEI program.
