The U.N. Not Interested in Knowing Who Blew Up Nord Stream Pipeline (shhh… the U.S. did it)

Redacted is an independent platform, unencumbered by external factors or restrictive policies, on which Clayton and Natali Morris bring you quality information, balanced reporting, constructive debate, and thoughtful narratives.

The United Nations voted not to launch an independent investigation into the bombing of the Nord Stream pipeline. Not interested. Next!

Russia had requested an investigation into the sabotage of this pipeline, and in light of the bombshell report from journalist Seymour Hersh, you would think the global community would want this too. Especially as most signs point to the U.S. as the guilty party.

But nope!

Only Russia, China, and Brazil voted in favor of an investigation. The remaining 12 members abstained from the vote, including the US.

It’s not like United Nations reports are very reliable anyway. See the examination we did on Tuesday’s episode of Redacted regarding human rights violations in Libya.
