Elon Musk sent his SpaceX engineers to meet with officials from the Federal Aviation Administration to ‘suggest improvements.’ This was planned before a Delta plane crashed in Canada
The flight was traveling from Minneapolis to Toronto and landed upside-down. Miraculously all 80 passengers and crew members were safely evacuated. At least 18 people were injured.
One woman posted a video of herself strapped to her seat upside down. This is why you keep your seatbelt fastened while seated! Yikes!
What can SpaceX engineers to do stop this recent spate of aviation accidents though? Do we believe that this space of accidents is an accident? What is going on here?
