Fluoride is toxic waste when it is a byproduct in industry and yet it is knowingly added to prevent cavities in humans, even though there is little data that it does even that. In fact, fluoride causes dental fluorosis, the spots on human teeth.
Secretary Kennedy says that he will develop a task force to continue to address fluoride in water.
Last year, Kennedy promised that “the Trump White House [would] advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water” on Day One of the Trump administration. He added that “fluoride is an industrial waste associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, IQ loss, neurodevelopmental disorders, and thyroid disease.”
Well, it’s a few months late but better late than never.
