Lead: Syrian Collapse

The United States is celebrating the collapse of the Syrian government that is now in the hands of al-Qaeda. You may wonder why the U.S. would fight al-Qaeda in Afghanistan for two decades and then celebrate them in Syria. You would be right to recognize that contradiction and forgiven for now knowing that the U.S. has been arming al-Qaeda’s spin-off the al-Nusra Front since the Obama administration.

Obama hid that from the American people by coming up with a clever name for al-Nusra. He called them “moderates.” A sort of diet soda version, if you will. But they were always al-Qaeda and now President Biden says that their rule in Syria is a “fundamental act of justice.”

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad fled to Moscow for sanctuary this weekend. “His last instruction was the handover of power should be peaceful,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

al-Assad was the successor to his father Hafez Assad, who had ruled since 1963. His family has been the target of Washington ever since because they favored an Arab nationalist movement without the influence of U.S. banks, investors and corporations. An important read on the subject is Stephen Gowan’s 2017 book, “Washington’s Long War on Syria.” It seems like they got their way, to the detriment of the Syrian people who now live under al-Queda.

Some Syrian people will live under Israeli rule, however. According to the Financial Times, “Defence minister Israel Katz on Monday said the country’s military was continuing to seize ‘high ground’ inside Syria after the toppling of the government.”

Jay-Z Acused

A lawsuit against Diddy has been re-filed to include Jay-Z, husband of BeyoncĂ©, whose real name is Shawn Carter. Many have been waiting for the Carters to implicated in Diddy’s sex and horror ring of power. Is this the first shoe to drop?

The suit, filed by an anonymous plaintiff, claims that Jay-Z also raped her when she was 13 years old, along with Diddy.

Jay-Z released a statement about the suit, claiming that the lawyer who filed this, Tony Buzbee, has a “pattern of these type of theatrics” and goes after celebrities for large settlements. He says that he will not settle, and will “not give you ONE RED PENNY!!” He says that his family is the real victim of this since it will hurt his wife and children emotionally.

Mr. Buzbee released his own statement saying that his client is not seeking money. “Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation.”

He claims that Jay-Z is the person who sued him under a pseudonym a few weeks ago after his firm sent his firm “sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim.” He continues, “since I sent the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His conduct has had the opposite impact. She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve.  As far as the allegations in the complaint filed, we will let the filing speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media.”

He must think he has a case but one has to wonder, if there is proof of his antics along with Diddy, does the government know? Will there be a criminal case against him too?

Martial Law Backfires in South Korea

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol will reportedly resign from office after he was banned from leaving the country by the Justice Ministry. This is all because he made an unforgivable power grab that has backfired spectacularly.

Last week, the President declared martial law in South Korea because the opposition-controlled parliament was not doing what the President wanted. It caused a major uproar and the President ended it within hours. He is now under investigation for prosecution on charges of a rebellion and treason.

This is the first time a sitting president has been under a travel ban, meaning he cannot attend high-profile conferences with world leaders. On Saturday, the South Korean parliament voted to impeach him but impeachment was not announced because the ruling party boycotted the vote.

Before the vote, President Yoon Suk Yeol reportedly “apologized to his fellow citizens and said that he had entrusted state affairs, including the issue of his term, to the ruling party and the government.”

According to The Libertarian Institute: “People Power Party leader Han Dong Hoon explained that Yoon would resign sometime soon and would cease all official business immediately. ‘Through the orderly early resignation of the president, we will minimize the confusion to South Korea and its people, stably resolve the political situation and recover liberal democracy,’ he said Sunday. ‘Even before his resignation, the president will not be involved in state affairs, including diplomacy.'”

UK Spies

James Bond cannot be white in real life, according to internship applications for the U.K.’s MI5, MI6, and GCHQ.

The British intelligence agencies have been accused of “overt racism” because their summer internship is open only to “ethnic minorities from economically deprived backgrounds.”

The ad says is open only to “black, black British, Asian or Asian British, Mixed-Heritage” or members of “other ethnic minority groups.” Candidates with white skin must be “other white” groups such as “Romany Gypsy, Scottish or Irish Travellers.” It also specifies class by saying that the applicants “must have grown up in a home where the main earner was either a tradesperson, a casual or service employee, or unemployed.”

What kind of bollocks!?

Conservative MP Chris Philp called this “morally wrong.”

“Yes we should actively encourage a wide range of applicants. But excluding people based on skin colour is racist. This criteria should be axed White youngsters can suffer disadvantage too.”

Relevant question: Why is being disadvantaged considered a virtue for a government spy?

Is it any wonder that young people no longer want to become international spies, according to a former MI6 agent. Why? Because they have “the desire to not make the world a worse place.”
