Talk about Clueless! Alicia Silverstone posted a video of herself eating a poisonous nightshade plant from someone’s garden in London and asking her followers what it is. Friendly reminder: don’t eat things you do not recognize from other people’s gardens.

President Biden spoke at the Democratic Convention on Monday night to support Vice President Harris and to convince the public that he stepped down from the Presidential race of his own accord.
“All this talk of how I’m angry that all of those people said I should step down. That’s not true,” he said. “I love my country more and we need to preserve our Democracy. We need you to vote. We need to keep the Senate. We need you to win back the House of Representatives and above all, we need you to beat Donald Trump and elect Kamala and Tim!”
The crowd repeatedly chanted “Thank you, Joe! Thank you, Joe!”
They were not thanking him for his service. They were thanking him for stepping down. It was the like a scene from Death of a Salesman and it was downright sad.
The First Lady Jill Biden said in her speech that she’d watched her husband “dig deep” and decide not to run but they did not share the reasons with us on Monday night. Biden Impeachment

The House Oversight Committee released a report concluding that President Biden “committed impeachable offenses.”
So…what should we do about it? Is it worth our time and taxpayer dollars to move to impeach him? Recall that President Trump was impeached one week before he left office and what did that get us Nothing. It gave Democrats a talking point and that is it.
But if, as the report clearly lays out, President Biden and his family have been enriching himself through his influence and selling the American people down the river, how do we deter that if we don’t punish it?
Then again, one could argue that this is a waste of time. He’s leaving office. These deeds are done. Can we afford to focus on this while the country has such big problems?
It’s a no-win scenario but we encourage you to read the robust report from the committee, chalk full of evidence including spreadsheets, checks, loan documents, whistleblower testimony, etc..

Ceasefire

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says that he is on board with the U.S. proposal for a ceasefire in Gaza. He has been meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken this week to discuss it.
The U.S. proposal would lead to a ceasefire and release of the hostages but it would also allow Israeli military to stay in Gaza for the foreseeable future and also restart the war in order to kill Hamas. Hamas has rejected this proposal for obvious reasons.
According to The Times of Israel, “In addition to demanding an ongoing IDF presence along the Egypt-Gaza border and a mechanism to prevent Hamas fighters from moving north inside the Strip, Netanyahu has also insisted that Israel retain the right to resume the battle against Hamas in order to achieve both of the war’s declared aims — the release of all hostages and the destruction of Hamas.”
Again, why would Hamas ever agree to this? This is not a peace deal. The families of the hostages insist that Netanyahu is purposely sabotaging the release of their relatives in order to gain control of Gaza, which he has said for decades was his ultimate goal.

Harley Davidson says that it will no longer promote DEI policies or answer to the Human Rights Campaign to meet diversity quotas. A prominent Twitter user named Robby Starbuck recently exposed the motorcycle company for doing just that, forcing Harley Davidson to apologize.
Starbuck is the same person who exposed Tractor Supply and John Deere for these neo-racist policies. Both companies apologized and stopped it. These are companies who rely on a working class clientele who are targeted by DEI policies. When this clientele threatens boycotts, these companies are forced to listen.
Harley Davidson says that it has not done DEI training since April of 2024 and they will not do any more. They will also end their “supplier diversity spend goals.”
Starbuck says that he is not done making companies stop these divisive and neo-racist practices.
