🚨 Hey Pfizer, How Do You Like This Jab? – June 18 2024

Happy Tuesday.

A restaurant in Texas is being accused of racism for trying to ban teens wearing the Edgar haircut. And now I know what the Edgar is. It's basically a bowl cut that is popular amongst Mexican gang members.

Lead: Pfizer Gets Jabbed In Court

Kansas has filed a lawsuit against Pfizer, claiming that the pharmaceutical company "misled the public that it had a 'safe and effective' COVID-19 vaccine." The lawsuit further says that Pfizer "said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19."

This is unequivocallly true and painfully apparent to anyone who has read Pfizer's clinical trial data. Only the federal government offered Pfizer immunity so will Pfizer have to defend these things?

The lawsuit claims that Pfizer violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act with deceptive acts or practices and by making false and misleading claims. It also claims a civil conspiracy "to willfully conceal, suppress, or omit material facts relating to Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine."

The lawsuit is seeking monetary damages but it surprisingly does not ask for the company to remove the vaccine from circulation in Kansas, nor does it specify how harmed Kansas residents might share in the monetary damages.

If the lawsuit is allowed to continue, Pfizer will more than likely settle it as it has settled most claims of deception in the past.

NATO Goes Nuclear

NATO is warning of the need to have more nuclear weapons due to the threat of war with Russia and China. He says that NATO countries are taking missiles out of storage just in case.

NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said this:“I won’t go into operational details about how many nuclear warheads should be operational and which should be stored, but we need to consult on these issues. That’s exactly what we’re doing.”

Stoltenberg is not elected by any nation's electorate but he is calling for what he calls "nuclear transparency." He says that NATO used to conduct nuclear exercises in secret but his way is way better because at least they're doing it out in the open. Phew. I feel so much better.

Title IX Gets Checked In Court

A federal court has blocked Title IX in the six states that sued to stop it. This is the law that the Biden administration put into place to destroy women's rights in education.

The states are Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

The court issued a temporary restraining order while these states litigate agaisnt this federal mandate. The order begins thus: “There are two sexes: male and female." It's pretty amazing that this must be said in the year 2024. The opinion argues that women do have a right to the "remedy [of their] historical inequity."

If this is indicative of where this ruling is going, the Biden administration will have an uphill battle trying to re-instate its version of Title IX. A spokesperson told the Epoch Times this: "The Department crafted the final Title IX regulations following a rigorous process to realize the Title IX statutory guarantee. The Department stands by the final Title IX regulations released in April 2024, and we will continue to fight for every student."

News By The Numbers

1,000. That is how many cultural relics from the Ming Dynasty were found in shipwrecks recently, according to China’s National Cultural Heritage Administration.

$50 million. That is how much the Biden campaign is spending on ads to spotlight former President Trump's felony conviction. That is about $20 million more than Hollywood elites donated this weekend.

15%. That is how much of the Black vote that President Joe Biden has lost since the 2020 election. Donald Trump has gained nearly 15% of Black support since 2020. The most precipitous drop is with Black voters under the age of 50 and CNN is "speechless."

Bison FTW

A new study shows that bisoon can help cancel out global warming by capturing carbon. This is something climate activists hate to hear because it shows that there is a natural cycle of carbon emissions with ruminant animals and for whatever reason they hate ruminant animals.

The new research showed that a group of 170 free-roaming bison could capture more than 59,000 tons of carbon per year, roughly the equivalent of 43,000 cars. Indeed that is true because ruminant animals eat plants and enzymes in their saliva stimulate growth, which helsp secure carbon that is stored in the soil.

So why are we trying to cull cows for the planet again?

In 2013, biologist Allan Savory brought similar research showing that ruminant animals could help soil regeneration in amazing ways but TED has since marked it with criticism since being pushed on the animal-climate change hypothesis.
