European leaders had an emergency meeting to discuss the peace plan in Ukraine. Not because they want peace. They object to it.
The peace plan that President Trump has begun to negotiate with President Putin has them in a panic. They say it is because the plan does not involve the involvement of the Ukrainian President Zelensky. But…do you see him in this photo? You won’t because he’s not involved in this meeting either.
European leaders are pretending that a peace deal would set Russia upon the rest of Europe. That is unserious propaganda. They are trying to plan out how to keep the war going against Russia without U.S. troops or money. There is no way that they could do that. I explained it to my children this way: That would be like my 8 year-old daughter taking my 14 year-old son’s room by force. It is not possible.
What kills me the most is who IS at this table. I put it this way when I first saw this photo: The front three people in this photo failed up and now have the power to lead Europe to war. Antonio Costa stepped down as Prime Minister in Portugal amid a corruption scandal linked to green initiatives but now he is the President of the European Counsel. Mark Rutte resigned as Prime Minister of the Netherlands before a No Confidence vote could remove him due to his failed liberal policies but now he runs NATO. Ursula Van Der Leyen lost direct constituency elections but was still installed to the Bundestag via the party list system. Now she is the President of the European Commission. None of them represent the people of Europe’s appetite for war. The people of Europe do not have an appetite for war but these death eaters are trying to convince the world otherwise. May they finally begin to fail down!

Senator Rand Paul and Elon Musk are calling for an audit of the U.S. reserves of gold, particularly those in Fort Knox. This should be a no-brainer but most Americans don’t know that the U.S. has never had a straight answer as to how much exists in the country’s gold reserves, especially after Franklin D. Roosevelt stole every single Americans’ gold in 1933 and passed a law making gold ownership illegal.
Where did it all go?
Funny story about that. President Dwight D. Eisenhower campaigned on a promise to audit the country’s gold reserves. The audit was ordered hours after his inauguration and officially concluded 7 days later. The government’s own press release about it admitted that “treasury employees participating in the audit were assigned to activities other than those on which they are regularly employed.” What? Why not let people actually audit what they do best? Oh and also, they did not physically see every bit of gold. Reports vary from a 5% to 100% sampling of physical inventory.
Gerald Ford and group of congressional delegation and journalists say that they saw the gold in Fort Knox in 1974 but that was not an audit.
That’s the best answer we’ve ever been offered as Americans. We probably should want more, right?

The flight was traveling from Minneapolis to Toronto and landed upside-down. Miraculously all 80 passengers and crew members were safely evacuated. At least 18 people were injured.

U.S. and Russian delegates will meet in Saudi Arabia today to discuss a peace plan for Ukraine. Ukrainian President Zelensky says Ukraine will “not recognize” whatever comes of it.
“Ukraine will not accept,” he told reporters. “Ukraine knew nothing about this. And Ukraine regards any negotiations about Ukraine without Ukraine as having no results.”
Ukraine recognizes U.S. dollars but not U.S. strings attached, eh? That won’t work. Ukraine will have no choice if the U.S. withdraws weapons and money. He has begun to try to convince European leaders to fill the U.S. shoes but see the lead story of this newsletter for how that will go.
Zelensky has been hysterical since President Trump announced his peace talks. He says that Russia will take over all of Europe. He says that Russia wants to use nuclear weapons on everyone. He says that a U.S.-free NATO should be developed. He’s a maniac. In the words of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, “Zelensky says many things – it depends on what he drinks or what he smokes.” –
Lavrov will be among Russia’s delegation along with Yuri Ushakov, a foreign policy adviser to President Vladimir Putin. The U.S. will send Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff. Let’s hope Secretary Rubio won’t bring up his batshit theory about Russia blowing up the Nord Stream Pipeline in the presence of actual Russian leaders.
