China has a “smart bomb,” but initial tests were a failure. What the heck is a smart bomb? It is an electromagnetic rail gun that uses AI to find its target at a speed exceeding Mach 5. I don’t need to understand all that to know it’s terrifying.

President Ebrahim Raisi, 63, was traveling with Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and seven others when the helicopter went down in northern Iran. There are no reported survivors. President Raisi was rumored to be the successor to Iranian’s Ayatollah Khomeini who is 86 years old.
Vice-President Mohammad Mokhber will take over for as President until an election can be held in the coming weeks.
This tragedy comes after Iran’s embassy was attacked in Syria just weeks ago. President Raisi ordered the retaliatory strikes on Israel. The fear is that Iran will perceive a direct attack or worse, that it was a direct attack. No rational actor would want to go to war with Iran.
The former director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said that health officials must admit that healthy people were harmed by the Covid vaccine. So why won’t they?
Former CDC Director Robert Redfield told Chris Cuomo that the Covid vaccine was largely unnecessary for people under the age of 65 and yet that is exactly the population that was harmed the most by the vaccine.
“I have a number of people that are quite ill and they never had COVID, but they are ill from the vaccine,” he said. “And we just have to acknowledge that.”
Can we shrug this off because we didn’t know at the time that Covid was not a major health risk for young people and we did not know the negative effects of the Covid vaccine? No we cannot. We knew both things but we were forbidden from discussing both things.
New data collated from the CDC by he Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OEC) shows that excess deaths among people under the age of 44 skyrocketed throughout 2021 after the vaccine rollout. This data shows that close to 500,000 people died in "excess deaths" post vaccination but no government health official has acknowledged it. Why does someone have to be the former head of the CDC to say this in public?

The U.S. State Department issued a travel advisory for U.S. citizens to exercise “worldwide caution” because of Pride celebrations.
The government says that there is “increased potential for foreign terrorist organization-inspired violence against LGBTQI+ persons and events and advises U.S. citizens overseas to exercise increased caution.” It advises U.S. travelers to “stay alert” at “Pride celebrations and venues frequented by LGBTQI+ persons.” If they meant it, they would advocate for alcohol to be removed from those places so clearly they don’t.
Also, what terrorist organizations are targeting Pride events exactly? The Orlando nightclub shooting was targeted by a terrorist by an Afghan person who wanted the U.S. to “stop bombing Syria and Iraq” and “killing a lot of innocent people.” It had nothing to do with homophobia.
Asian hornet is trending because the UK has issued an advisory for them. If you see them, alert authorities so that they can destroy the nests. We lost a beehive to Asian hornets last year and it was heartbreaking.
Simone Biles is trending for opening the 2024 gymnastics season with big wins.

1. That is the lowest golf score in a major tournament. It's only been done five times, most recently this weekend by Shane Lowry.

Courts in the U.K. will decide today if they believe the U.S. assurance that Julian Assange will be treated well if he is extradited. LOL.
The very premise is a sham. The U.S. has admitted that they tried to KILL Julian Assange while he was in the Ecuadorian embassy. No one should be given a second chance to have custody of someone after they’ve tried to murder them. You don’t get a second chance to not murder.
If the court rejects the U.S. assurances, Assange will be able to appeal his extradition again, but presumably, he will still have to do so while he remains in a high-security prison. If the court accepts the U.S. assurances, he could be extradited in a matter of days or weeks.
Many world leaders advocate for Julian Assange's release, and U.S. Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says he will pardon him if elected. You can watch a live broadcast at the courthouse here.
