The U.S. military delivered its first round of aid to the Gaza Strip by dropping 66 pallets of food by plane to the beach.
Why do they have to do it this way? Because they cannot guarantee the safety of truck deliveries. Last week at least 100 Palestinians died and hundreds were injured from from attacks at an aid center. The attacks are reported to have come from the Israeli military. Israel refutes that and says that the deaths were caused by a stampede. They released this video to support that assertion.
The Biden administration says that this aid is meant to “alleviate the suffering of innocent Palestinians who have nothing to do with Hamas” but it is not related to what the Israeli military is doing. That makes no sense. The aid would not be necessary if Israel would agree to a ceasefire, which they will not. Israel is reportedly boycotting ceasefire talks after Hamas refused to release a list of hostages that are still alive.
The international charity Oxfam has criticized the aid drops by air. They claim that the airdrops “mostly serve to relieve the guilty consciences of senior US officials whose policies are contributing to the ongoing atrocities and risk of famine in Gaza” and called for the US to end military aid to Israel. Scott Paul, the head of Oxfam’s U.S. government advocacy, said that “dropping a paltry, symbolic amount of aid into Gaza with no plan for its safe distribution would not help and be deeply degrading to Palestinians.”
Canada is facing a class action lawsuit for “misinformation and negligence about risk and dangers of Covid-19 vaccines.”
The lead plaintiff is a woman named Carrie Sakamoto who filed an individual lawsuit last year. She is a mother of three who was injured by the Covid vaccine with a now permanent diagnosis of Bells Palsy. She claims that the government was negligent when it told the public information that it knew to be false and incomplete about the Covid vaccine and that it censored and suppressed truthful and reliable information about vaccine injuries.
Her lawyer has filed a request with the courts to open this case up to class certification so that other vaccine-injured people can join as a plaintiff. They are seeking financial compensation and a recognition of what information should be going out to people publicly and the responsibilities that go along with that. She also seeks for the government to take responsibility for vaccine injuries.

San Francisco has surprised itself with high support for law-and-order ballot measures. The liberal city supports two measures, Proposition F and E that go to a vote this week.
Proposition F would require people who receive welfare money to test for drugs and enter treatment programs in order to continue to receive them. It is supported by San Francisco Mayor London Breed. Proposition E would expand police surveillance tools and allow police to use force without requiring written reports for every altercation.
These seem like moderate bills but not when you consider how far San Francisco has gone to enable crime and drug use. One resident said this to the Wall Street Journal: “The pendulum is swinging. It’s coming hard-core back to the center.”
These two videos are trending, one for being hyper feminine and the other for being hyper masculine. That surprises people these days.
DiscoPig is trending because that is the name of a guinea pig that was abandoned in a London tube station with a note saying “I need a new owner.”
Michelle Williams is trending for this Uber One commercial where she pokes fun at her own celebrity, or lack thereof.

Germany is scrambling to answer for newly leaked audio of German Air Force officers planning an attack on Crimea.
In the tape, officers discuss operational and targeting details for Taurus missiles that might be sent to Ukraine, including their possible use on the Crimean Bridge. According to RT, “They also talked about ways to maintain plausible deniability of German involvement in such an attack, to avoid sparking a wider conflict.”
The German Defense Ministry did not deny the authenticity of the tapes but rather worried about how they were obtained. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that this was “a hybrid attack aimed at disinformation.”
What disinformation? If the tapes are authentic, Germany is collaborating to attack Russia. Is this why German Chancellor Olaf Scholz released this message on Thursday saying that Germany will “not send any soldiers from our Bundeswehr to Ukraine. NATO is not – and will not be – a party to war”?
Pistorius also said that just because these officers were discussing Taurus missiles does not mean that Ukraine will get any. So it was just a thought exercise?
According to RT, “Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev warned on Sunday that the leaked conversation proves Germany is preparing for war with Moscow.”
Moscow has summoned the German Ambassador Alexander Lambsdorff to the Kremlin today.
Meanwhile, Turkey is again proposing to host peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
