How to Buy Real Estate Using Annuities
You can borrow against an annuity to buy real estate, similar to a 401k loan. It’s not withdrawing entirely, but taking a loan on those funds. The terms and conditions will depend on your plan, but the team of experts at SDIRA Wealth would be happy to help you figure out your options. You can schedule a free call with SDIRA Wealth and select the option that you’d like to use retirement funds to invest.
What to Consider About Cash Out Refinances
I’m sure there’s a scenario in which a cash out refinance makes sense, but for me personally, I’ve never been a fan of going this route. When you get a cash out refinance, you’re getting an entirely new mortgage. I personally prefer using a HELOC instead. It’s an entirely different financial product that doesn’t utilize amortized interest and has a shorter loan length. Run the numbers on both options and see what works better for you.
