War lovers are banging the drum for the U.S. to launch an attack on Iran, even as the Pentagon admits that it has no evidence that Iran was behind an attack on U.S. troops in Jordan that killed three American service members.
The three soldiers killed were identified by The Washington Post. They included two women in their twenties and a man in his forties. Let’s honor them by remembering their names:
- Sgt. William Jerome Rivers, 46
- Spc. Kennedy Ladon Sanders, 24
- Spc. Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, 23
Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh was asked for proof that Iran was behind the attack and was unable to offer any. She said that Iran “bears responsibility” to prove they weren’t.
The Wall Street Journal, in a shocking display of warmongering, laid out three suggestions for the U.S. to punish Iran, including direct strikes on Iran, proxies abroad or sanctions. This isn’t even an opinion piece. It’s just the Journal suggesting war and death without the burden of proof. It’s death for death without any worries about stopping the cycle.
