Save the date for Saturday. According to NBC, that is when Israel will launch a retaliation on Iran but not directly inside Iran. Israel says that the retaliatory strikes will occur on Iranian proxies situated outside of Iran.
The U.S. keeps begging them not to but Israel cares less and less what the U.S. says these days. According to NBC, “The U.S. officials stressed that they have not been briefed on Israel’s final decision about how it will respond and that the options could have changed since the weekend attack.”
Israel struck the Iranian embassy in Syria in early April and Iran retaliated by striking Israeli military targets last weekend. Israel says that it cannot let that go and will retaliate for the retaliation. When will the world see the last word on this? Pray that it is soon.
