Ukraine launched another devastating attack on civilians in the annexed city of Donetsk using American-made weapons. At least 25 people were killed and at least 20 others wounded in the attack on a crowded marketplace on a Sunday morning.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said this about the attack: “This again confirms [the West’s] direct involvement in the conflict and makes it complicit in the criminal acts of the Zelensky regime, which has once again displayed its inhumanity and hatred towards innocent people.”
This comes as Ukraine is increasingly desperate to keep selling its war to the West. The New York Post says that Ukrainian President Zelensky “came up empty” at the World Economic Forum last week and was given a chilly reception, even by the private investors that once had their eyes on “rebuilding Ukraine.”
Without Western backing, Ukraine is once again free to fight dirty, attacking civilians since they cannot make headway by attacking the Russian military.
