The U.S. and Israel are arming the guys looting the aid trucks meant for starving Palestinians. That’s not a conspiracy theory, it’s reporting from The Washington Post.
Israel is backing Gaza militias that oppose Hamas—like the one run by 35-year-old Yasser Abu Shabab. He calls himself a humanitarian, but Palestinians call him a gang leader. He’s accused of stealing U.N. aid and running smuggling rings, all with the IDF’s blessing.
So when Israel blames Hamas for stealing aid, they know that’s not true—because they’re working with the ones who actually are.
This has been going on for at least a year. The Post reported in 2024 that these groups operate in Israeli-controlled zones where the IDF looks the other way or even offers logistical help. The U.N. says they act like drug cartels, checking aid trucks and looting supplies meant for hospitals.
Abu Shabab says he’s building schools and clinics and expects support from Israel, the U.S., the EU, and Arab states. Aid workers say his men are stealing medical supplies before they even reach hospitals.
So… is this really the future of Gaza we’re backing?
We tried this in Afghanistan—out came the Taliban.
We tried it in Syria—we ended up arming ISIS.
How many more times do we need to learn this lesson?
